Design and development of new products.
Developed many new skills both whilst at college and the time I have been in office so far.
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship as I always learn new things everyday.
Great structure that provides a good pathway in my career. I am always provided with amazing support whenever I need it.

Definitely helps a lot by understanding the different principles and areas of engineering i have studied.
Yes i have recently taken part in voluntary work with colleagues at Cummins as part of my CIT work

So far Cummins has been a great company to work in and have supported me throughout my time so far. Would definitely recommend.
Just be yourself and get involved. Never be afraid to ask for support etc whenever you need it.
