9/10. communication BETWEEN TRAINING PROVIDER AND WORK COULD BE BETTER.
8/10. At the start of the apprentice, little was know - however as it has developed it has become a lot more structured with an aim.
Very good support from my company, who help out whenever required. My line manger is understanding and understands a lot around the apprenticeship programme.
Once a year meeting to discuss everything. I believe there could be more communication.
Not a lot that has been taught has helped me within my role, the knowledge is good, however I believe the course is outdated to what is actually used within the industry.
Many. throughout Arcadis there us support and a big push for extra curricular activities
