  • At first I found enjoyment when learning new things, however there has been a lack of support from NatWest and I am now not currently learning anything new and it has taken a toll on my deadlines for the apprenticeship

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There is no organisation or structure within the business when delegating tasks that will support me in completing my course. No manager, no work to do, no one creating time to teach me new skills

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I originally received support from my first team and it was great, but since moving to my team in January, there has been no support from my team or a manager. I have had to complain on multiple occasions so that I can meet my deadlines
