I am manufacturing engineer for the genset line. My day to day role includes looking after a team of technicians to implement new processes and tooling on the line taking into consideration safety

CAD and Management skills

Very much so

Structure is very well organsied with each year given a mentor

Reviews every 10 week and resources to attend STEAM events

Plenty of support when completing qualifications

Allows me to link work and theory together

We have a sports and social club and plenty of events outside of work
