Normal day involves providing analysis and reports to the sales team on the current promotions and new product launches going on and helping to drive revenue through this analysis.
I've learnt a wide range of new skills such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint Presentation and key personal traits have been developed such as communication, organisation and leadership skills.
The programme itself is good but had a few teething issues when transitioning from one educational institution to another.
Everyone is supportive and willing to give you time off needed to complete your studies when need be. I would say however dependent on the team/division some teams suffer from being understaffed so there are some days which are longer than others
Don't really see a lot of applicable factors in my role to be honest
Apprentices/Grads have weekly social events such as football, netball, tennis and of course everyone's fave Thursday night down the pub x
Yes
Good company to work at to get a foot in the door in the industry, also it's so big that moving between divisions would probably be the same as moving to a whole new company.
Thoroughly research the company but most importantly the role you would like to work in to gain an understanding of the day-day tasks. Look for people's LinkedIn's with the role and connect and find out more about it as well as the career progression options.
