It is a very challenging programme but it is exceptionally well delivered, with support available when needed and guidance provided constantly.
It is very well structured, takes different learning styles into account and where support is needed, it is provided.
Support is available constantly, when required.

It has already taught me better communication skills, how to understand how my role fits in the organisation in achieving the organisations objectives.
