I carry out SQL queries to support the MIMO team in the new creation of insights.
Yes. I have learned SQL and python language. I have also analysed NatWest business process through my university degrees. Such as their marketing, their financial reports, etc
My programme has a mix of both learning through doing and academic learning. I get to experience best of both worlds which I am very thankful for.
Very well structured. I have a release day every monday for my university lectures. My managers also allows me to allocate time to work on my university assignments.
I have monthly 1-1's with my manager where i can discuss any troubles i am having. Within the team i work with, there is always someone who is willing to support me if i am blocked.
I have a university tutor who i catch-up with quarterly. He is also always available through teams if i have any immediate queries. Finally, my lectures are always open to questions during my live lectures and are too available through teams.
All of my assignments are work based learning deliverables, therefore I research deeper into the processes such as SQL and Python which i use daily in work which helps me improve my skills in these processes.
There are in my workplace but there are some as well at my university. I have joined the dance club and through doing so I have met other graduate apprentices.
Yes
NatWest is a very diverse workplace with lots of different opportunities available to employees. I have also always felt supported and valued in my team.
For my interview I researched about NatWest which really helped me feel confident in my interview.
