L&D coordinator in HR people hub team which is frontline but mainly support with L&D queries by responding to email calls and requests. I also complete sponsorship and invoice requests as well as setting up training events and progressing e-learning.
Learnt empathy and how to deal with customer experience, how to take calls and confidence to push back
It's been great and nice to learn different things as well as manage a Job whilst studying.
It's been really good, I have a day off in the week to focus on my apprenticeship.
A lot, we get help from previous apprentices working in our team and our manager supports us with our work.
