Governance, interacting with teams in different regions and the tracking of projects and finances.
Communication, accountability and composure have all been developed upon and learnt.
I love the programme due to the fantastic levels of support you get from both the course provider and organisation.

Lots of support, I am able to have weekly catch ups and reviews with QA and my managers including HR.
Lots of support, office hours available to ask any questions along with email of tutors.
It all integrates nicely into some of the functions in the business allowing for a more theoretical understanding.
Social meet ups, weekly sports events (football) and townhalls to give chance to network with people.
