customer adviser and fork lift driver. fill and face department. make sure pricing is correct and all gaps are counted and filled where they can be. make sure any planograms are completed to a graet standard and finished in a timely manner. make sure customers get what they want and fulfil their projects.
i have developed my existing skills by refining my methods to work smarter. i am more aware of safe manual handling procedures. i make sure when applying a new modules update by planogram that i renew all pricing labels not just the new products. this maakes sure all prices are correct and up to date.
i enjoyed the programme as it was well set out and plans were easy to get my head around. i found it made me think in a different manner when i was thinking about the execution of a project. as a data freak it played to my need for learning new things
my programme was very well structured and organised. my plan was split up into manageable bite size chunks which made understanding and learning very easy to take on board. visit plans were spaced to give me the maximum time to understand, execute and achieve my goals towards completing that part of the course.
i received an adequate amount of support from my employer in various ways. firstly i was given time away from the shop floor to complete my visits with my mentor. i was also given time to find and give evidence and apply this to my learner journal on my online portal.
my training provider was very supportive when i was working towards my qualification. she would give me pointers to get the best ways of inputting evidence in my learner journal. she would also be available when i needed advice and support when i felt i was not able to reach the levels i set myself.
i feel my qualification helps me better perform in my job role as i have a better understanding of many more smart and productive methods to make my job easier and get tyhe best out of my hours on the shop floor. i feel a lot more confidant as a result.
the extra curricular activities that i can get involved in stem mostly from our social commitee organising nights out. this can be activities such as ten pin bowling. also other activities can consist of nights out on the town at pubs and clubs in local or city centre areas near us.
Yes
i would recommend this company to a friend as they are very good at what they do. they are well set up. they offer great support and they also give extra information via their online portal which is easy to navigate and great for additional information relevent to the course.
the tips and advice i would give to anyone applying to this company is to be very open and honest in your initial answers to given questions. this will help you achieve a lot more through the course as they can tailor your learning to a level that is more on par with your abilities.
