My key responsibilities are running the DSR operation of the finance sector, which consists of sending details to over 1,000 people every day!
My excel skills have improved the most as now I can navigate excel quickly and efficiently using short cuts.
I enjoy the programme a lot as there is a community of us so can always talk to someone to see some insight into what they are doing.
My programme is well structed as it has boot camps and catch ups with my coach in place to track my progress.
I receive a lot of support from my employer as they always give me time to focus on my study if i am behind.
I have received all the training i need and always are happy to look over my work to see if it is to the best of my ability.
It helps me perform better in my role because i can now feel comfortable with being introduced to new programmes and procedures.
There is many communities at unilever to be involved in, i go to the gym at work with a few mates so that is my example of being social when i normally wouldn't.
