The general structure is good, however it would benefit from the day-to-day work linking with the qualification more directly.

I had a lot of initial issues regarding my training provider, however they have really worked to ensure I have been supported throughout since.
My qualification is directly relatable to some of the work I produce. This enables me to put into practice what I am learning.
We have different events throughout the year and social activities within our teams. There are sports teams that can be joined.

A very good organisation that will support in whatever you do, they encourage development and offer a competitive salary.
Be yourself and show that you are open minded. Always look for feedback even if this is in interviews.
