I work in the mandates team where i deal with business banking mandates. I can be in direct contact with the customer if required.
I have learned the importance of customer communication and how to deal with different scenarios
I enjoyed the first apprenticeship alot so i decided to continue and do the next level.
It was more organised a few weeks into the programme as trying to get time to do workbooks was difficult.
I got amazing support from Lloyds. Once i had regular hours set aside to do the workbooks
My coach was amazing at Babbington. He was always available for me to talk to

They are a great company to work for as they listen and understand your needs. They are very flexible with hours etc.
Always keep your PDPs up to date as there is alot of oppertunity in the company
