  • I work in the mandates team where i deal with business banking mandates. I can be in direct contact with the customer if required.

  • I have learned the importance of customer communication and how to deal with different scenarios

  • I enjoyed the first apprenticeship alot so i decided to continue and do the next level.

  • It was more organised a few weeks into the programme as trying to get time to do workbooks was difficult.

  • I got amazing support from Lloyds. Once i had regular hours set aside to do the workbooks

  • My coach was amazing at Babbington. He was always available for me to talk to

  • They are a great company to work for as they listen and understand your needs. They are very flexible with hours etc.

  • Always keep your PDPs up to date as there is alot of oppertunity in the company
