Trainee nursing associate apprentice, working alongside registered nurses in providing care to patients.
Yes. The apprenticeship is providing the theory for the job role and placement allows me to put this in to practise
I enjoy the mix of study and work.
Different modules of content that applies to the role
The programme is endorsed by my employer who have a good structure and ways of working
Plenty of support from NTU academic support for different subjects
The qualification enables me to perform my role and develop along the way
Yes there is plenty of extra things to get involved with personal development, extra clinical skills
Yes
Good working environment, down to work colleagues. As a whole though NHS has its flaws in different aspects.
If you can get on a programme such as this then it’s great otherwise progression can be slow and not much government support in gaining qualifications
