Yes ....on placements I have learnt new skills as part of a Ward and I am continually developing the depth in which I can work in my work base area
I love all the new opportunities and learning
Sometimes the organisation and communication between lecturers and students is slow paced and their are teething problems with new building
I am very lucky and my employers -especially my assessor is hugely supportive
Very supportive and helpful especially when feel anxious
I feel I am more committed to my role and enjoy it more as have further insight and depth of knowledge

I would recommend the trainee NA course to any health care assistants who want to progress
