  • My role is on front end, which means a customer facing role, I support my department by assisting customers daily and keeping up to date with policies and auditory requirements. I’m moving towards management so my day to day is becoming a lot more responsible.

  • My confidence has grown massively, I love serving customers and receiving feedback. I’m moving towards a management role and by doing so I am a lot more independent

  • The apprenticeship programme I did I really enjoy. I learned a massive amount and it’s really pushed me and improved my work ethic

  • I received support when I needed it, but I didn’t really get much interest from management within my store unless something important came up. My colleagues were always asking however, so a massive mixture

  • I always had support. My learning supporter was fantastic.

  • It gives me the confidence to perform better and try new challenges/learn new things

  • There is training that I can do within working hours e.g. I have recently done my fire course and about to do first aid
