Yes I have learnt a lot at Alliance Automotive about our HR Values, Policies and processes.

I think it helps me work effectively. I have learnt lots ie use of Pestle Tool, how to set clear objectives. It has also made me look at AAG company values and reflect on them in my role as a HR Administrator.
Yes at AAG we have pay day breakfasts, regular social events including recent tea party for Queens Jubilee, forthcoming night out at Towcester Racecourse, Xmas Parties previously held at Milton Keynes Casino, forth coming Dragon Boat Competition at Willen Lake and lots more

Because it is a lovely place to work, staff are friendly, we are based at AAG Head Offices which overlook the beautiful Campbell Park and canal. AAG look to promote staff within before hiring external making opportunities for career progression
