my role as a apprentice as bridgeway is learning all aspects of working on track and various other skills such as pasma , ipaf , boat driving. my day to day work can involve any of these new skills i am learning
yes many new skills including pasma which is learning how to assemble scaffolding safely , also i have recently been granted my power boat level 2 license after undergoing a course through bridgeway.
enjoy very much as i am learning new skills everyday and growing as a person
very organised my line manager always provides me with a weekly schedule with what work i am carrying out that week and always provides me with extra help if i am ever unsure about anything.
as answered in previous question i always receive a lot of support from my line manager and co workers if i am ever unsure about anything.
my provider always supports me with new qualifications and the trainers within the company are always helpful and patient with me which gives me extra confident.
without the courses and training that my provider provides for me i would not be able to carry out my new skills when working on a particular job.
in the office they regularly do a charity events at work for lunch time , but not much else feel they could be more eg a 5 a side football team i would enjoy.
Yes
because they are very helpful and organised , and pay is very fair for a apprenticeship
make sure to research and do revision when approaching test on courses as a couple i failed because i wasn't prepared but passed the second time when i did more revision and felt more comfortable.
