I have improved my communication skills, as I am more confident when speaking directly to clients and my seniors.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme, as it is challenging but is providing a fantastic headstart into audit and accounting.
The placement was not well organised at the start, as there was a week where I wasn't booked on to a job at the start. However, after this week, the programme has been structured very well and I have been constantly booked to different jobs.
PwC offer many methods of support, whether this be through the career's coach or through constant contact with your seniors. They also offer different internal platforms where you can speak to anyone.
