My role is a waitress this includes working on the bar, running meals and serving customers at the till.
I’ve learnt measurements of different drinks and how to handle food safely.
i enjoy coming to work and learning on the job.
Very, all the work is set out for me to complete and while at work i can learn and adapt my skills.
the support given is really good, always checks on me and see’s if there is anything i need help with.
We have calls and meeting to discuss my progress and to see how i’m finding the work and the apprenticeship itself.
It lets me learn and understand different topics within the hospitality business.
