Calling customers both existing and new, booking appointments, attending meetings on site, conducting site surveys, pitching bespoke packages to them and selling
Yes, I have learnt how to understand the customer needs and allow them to lead the conversation and build a relationship with them based on trust
It was very enjoyable learning new skills and understanding what i was lacking or needed to improve on to make me better
very well organised, i enjoyed the monthly catch ups with my mentor who was extremely supportive and encouraging, the group sessions were helpful
a lot. my manager is also doing a course so she understood the work involved and as i was doing a leadership course, she helped me wherever possible to delegate responsibilty.
