giving out fruit and trying to get a class settled before the lesson begins with busy fingers. Setting up tables the day before ready for the morning busy finger activities and sometimes I take group activties and set up for Child Initiated Learning (CIL). I do the accident report book.
I have had safeguarding training which is renewed once every 3 years, I now am level 3 qualified in first aid. I have learnt new skills including teamwork, leadership and built my confidence by speaking to others. I have developed relationships with both pupils and staff with in the school.
helping them to reach their goals and being part of the process every step of the way. By supporting pupils to progress in their studies, you can share the joy and jubilation when they achieve their potential. I enjoy working with other staff to help get the best of children.
We have the same routine everyday. set up the nursery for how children at that age prefer it for example having fun ways of studying to help children be engaged. the teacher gives teaching assistants instructions on what to do before so we are ready for the next morrning ahead.
support is given. teachers give advice on how we can support the children in their learning future ensuring they are ready for the next class in september. My mentor always supports me if I have general questions and in regards to my coursework and gives me regular targets to meet.
if i have any concerns i can speak to my tutor or the nursery teacher who is also my mentor and she gives me advice and support on any concerns i have. I have received a level 3 book from my mentor to help support my learning.. targets are reviews.
Training gives me a great understanding of responsibilities and the knowledge and skills i need in order to do what jobs and qualification to complete. This will enhance my confidence which can also improve my overall performance. Improved productivity and adherence to quality standards. improve ability to meet specific goals

helpful and supportive tutor making sure i am on task and not falling behind with my coursework. Making sure I am aware of my assignemnts and have regular meetings to support me and my tutor goes through the assignment brief with me everytime if i have any questions she answers
the team are really supportive and help and guide to succedd and qualify in the apprenticeship qualification. always happy to help so you can freely ask questions without feeling scared or nervous because they always support the application process was fast and was able to start giving appropriate advice/ support
