Day-to-day basis, I would pick up calls, dealing with customers in all type of ways such as handling there bank accounts, dealing with different types of matters. Communicating in a professional manner, providing support; going that extra mile to keep our customers happy.
I have learned how to deal with customers in a professional manner, providing them excellent care. I am also striving to get my communication to the best I can.
I love the programme as I got the chance to meeting colleagues; also learning off them on how to deal with different types of customers within the role. Overall everyone is really supportive which is another reason why I enjoy the role. I like the thrill of dealing with customers needs.
it is organised quite well actually as we have all the software apps on the computers and they get easier as you use them. Yes we do have the times where certain applications will crash but overall it is structured really well.
Our team leader is always here to support us with certain queries as they can get quite overwhelming.
we would always have a little catch up during the week on how things are going & how to improve on different types of aspects within the role. Also going through certain calls I've taken during the week, to see where I could improve on how to deal with the situation better
I would learn off on feedback & take into account on how to improve.
we have comms where we would have chat with whole team, talking about certain queries and what we done go deal with them.
