It involved a range of talks about the different sectors at BDO and insight on what BDO do as a firm and as a network.
I learnt how to promote myself as best as I can in the personal branding sessions as well as lots of other good skills like communication and team work skills.
I really enjoyed my insight because it gave me a good view on what it would be like to work in BDO if I decide to go work there.
It was very organised as the links had the timings, the groups and the names of the people leading the sessions which was very useful.
I learned a lot about how BDO works and how strong a team there is and that if I do work there I will get all the support that I need.
It helped a bit as it gave me an insight on what finance would be like if I decide to go into it. Thanks to all the advice that was given by all the members at BDO.
No
Yes, there were lots of opportunities for networking as we had many sessions and had different opportunities to communicate with other candidates.
Yes
Because it is a great company that it is really supportive and helps you even if you decide not to work at BDO
I would say to keep your mind open and just ask questions no matter how stupid they might be because in the end you are only helping yourselves more and maybe others who are to scared to ask questions themselves.
