I am a design consultant. I I have to follow the customer journey daily. I design & sell kitchen abd bathrooms.
Since the apprenticeship I have developed and am more confident in talking to customer about products & confidently sell to them.
I have enjoyed all the product knowledge and interactive parts where we were able to communicate with our suppliers. I enjoyed the design sessions too.
The programe was well organised but sometimes confusing to understand what i am doing
I was able to received support from my manager and colleagues
I feel like at the start my apprenticeship coach was really good and detailed. However towards the end there was a lack of communication and delays on submitting my work which lead to later submitions and completion of the apprenticeship
I felt like a lot of it was helpful. Some topics in the apprenticeship was not relevant to the role.
