Day to day I assess payment applications from subcontractors once assessed pay them through the E1 system, assess CE's and EWNs, arrange meetings with the client and subcontractors, cost forecasts and meetings.
I have expanded my knowledge as the real experience of working in real life has helped me to develop in university and help improve my grades.
I enjoy it a lot as i am faced with challenges but it gives me new tasks to take on everyday which is enjoyable
It is very organised as meetings are held with my line manager which are regular to make sure i am on track and where i should be
i receive a lot of support in every aspect as there is always someone to help
I receive a lot of support as Costain hire external companies to help work towards my Chartership
It will enhance my role and eventually help climb the ladder with a lot more knowledge
I am on the social commitee team which orangises social events, charity events etc
