    • have to plan cable routes for large organisations' premises to provide them with network.

    • I have learnt many skills as i beive that my job role is extremely niche and isnt replicated by many other roles.

    • The learning work balance is somewhat hard and the provider hasnt been very oranised with the delivery of our course

    • very poorly structured and kept in the dark most of the time

    • my employers give me much support and i have mentors and many outlets for advise.

    • not much but it is hard for the individuals as we change coaches all the time so we are not sure whats going on.

    • my job role and my training is very different
