I have learnt many skills as i beive that my job role is extremely niche and isnt replicated by many other roles.
The learning work balance is somewhat hard and the provider hasnt been very oranised with the delivery of our course
very poorly structured and kept in the dark most of the time
my employers give me much support and i have mentors and many outlets for advise.
