- Leadership and management of 21 local Plumbing & Heating branches across the South-East with an area target of £38.9 million and a staff complement of +/- 86 team members. - Operational and financial management of these branches, including health & safety, sales and compliance performance. - Team training, development, engagement, and motivation. - Area and branch sales strategy planning, including new business development, customer growth and service proposition. - Human resource management for all branches within my network, including team performance, staff recruitment, reviews, reward and recognition, as well as disciplinaries. - Supplier engagement, including events, training, product offering and customer engagement.

I absolutely loved the programme, it really help me connect the theory and the practical parts that we carry out on a day-to-day basis. I really enjoyed the following areas: - Leading Leaders - Succession Planning - Project Management
The overall programme structure was good with clear time frames, requirements and tasks.
I received lots of support from my employer with regard to completing my course. The only area I would suggest making any changes to is the actual workload break down in hours, I initially anticipated about 4 to 6 hours per week, but on the back end it was 11

As mentioned earlier, a lot of the course work aligned with our day-to-day job which was a great support.
