My job role is to manage the pub when I’m manager on shift manage my team, do tills and lock up or open, make sure everything if running smoothly and team are happy

I enjoy my programme learning new ways to do things and experience others have and giving me more knowledge

A lot of support is given to me from my employer

My training provider is great with support knowing that hospitality is a hard industry to work in

Lots of different opportunities to grow and progress in the trade and also good apprenticeship courses

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?

Make sure it’s what you wanna do and know the in’s and out’s it is hard working in hospitality but also very enjoyable and rewarding
