Assisitant Branch Manager, daily running of the branch functions, customer service and managing my team. Taking the lead on in branch projects.
I have learnt new skills including remote team management, project management and the use of business tools/models.
I thoroughly enjoyed the programme especially the research and essay write uos.
The programme was very well organised and the structure of the remote delivery was excellent.
I recievced lots of support from my branch manager and other colleagues.
