The training provider is very knowledgeable and accommodating to learners with additional needs. They recognise that as we work in the industry and have experience they tailor the learning to ensure that we are learning appropriately. The assessor who visits our setting is kind and considerate and makes sure all the learners are happy and is always available to help.
