I am baby room lead so I lead a room through the day. Making sure all childrens needs are taken care and the children are having fun. Aswell as looking after my staff in my room and making they know what they are doing and are all ok.
The main new skill I have learnt is leadership and managements

I know my training provider always at the other end of her phone whether that’s to email or call her regarding something.
It gives me more information and allows my thinking to widen as well as look at new ways to improve or change my practice for the better
