I am a warehouse operations manager, my role is to manage the operations on my shift. I am in charge of 3 areas with 3 direct reports. I manage the goods in, middle bound and returns for 1 of the shifts.
So far I have learned more skills to apply to my current role but also other basic skills that I will apply to the future project I will be involved in
I am really enjoying the program. I feel that is really motivating and interactive, specially the workshops. It is a lot of information but very engaging
Very organized. All my workshop have been planned out. Everything is recorded so you have a chance to go back on it and revise and the system to complete the course work is very good as you can access it through your phone
My manager is very supportive and always checks-in to see how everything is going

It definitely gives you a different perspective on the business and just general operations. It provides tool I never used before that are very useful for my tasks daily
My work creates opportunities to get involved in various activities in and outside of work
Yes
I love working here. I've been with Wayfair for 3 years and everyday is like the first. Is very challenging but it keeps you busy. It provides opportunities for development and creates inclusive environment for all staff.
I thing people need to understand the job, search and actually look at what Wayfair is as a company. I think people sometimes apply for the jobs but then don't really know what they come for and end up leaving. I believe research is the first thing to do. Then after, just have a open mind. Coming from outside is always an adjustment. But with time everything starts to make sense. Be patient and embrace the change. Its constant and is actually great to be a part of it and tell other about it
