Excellent course for free, offered by my place of work. Hospitality level 3 gave me a vast amount of knowledge about the hospitality industry and supervision aspects of the industry, also brushing upon the topics of heath and safety and why we have these laws and legislations in place for our own safety and to cover the companies we work for.
Yes I have learned plenty of new skills, such as shift management and health and safety.
I enjoyed it thoroughly.
It was very well organised and kept me busy during the covid times.
Plenty of support if unsure of certain subjects.
The training provider was always on call to answer questions and queries.
It helps alot as now I can move on to an advanced position
Unfortunately there are no activities outside of the work place
Yes
Busy working environment everyday, is different staff are lovely
Do some research on the companies history before hand.
