Yes I have passed level 3 in childcare
I have had lots of support during my apprenticeship and found it helpful
I have found that I was given all the relevant information and could access my one file account easily in my own time
I received lots of encouragement and help was at hand when I needed it
I received lots of support with training and advice
I have learnt a lot regarding my role which I now use daily and it has given me the confidence in the setting

Support is always at hand they respond to any queries I had quickly and I had lots of encouragement and information
They do offer lots of support so if you do have any issues or queries contact your assessor
