I work in a early years setting, my overall day to day job is to make sure the childrens needs are met and to keep eye on childrens development.
I have learnt how to correctly look at Childrens development and how to make sure everything is upto date.
I really enjoyed this programme as it is what I have always wanted to do.
very well organised my tutor is always making sure I am up to date and gives me suggestions to what I can add to make my portfolio better.
my employer is very good and I know I can go to her about any concerns.
a lot of support is given from my tutor, she has helped me a lot over the year I have been doing my course.
I feel the qualification has helped me by teaching me new things. it has also helped being at a level 3 I have advanced my skills.
I have noodle now an online training course which helps if I need more support or understanding of something
