As a quantity surveyor I work on contract admin and management along with reporting.
From the start of the apprenticeship I learnt the following new skills: Contract admin/management reporting procurement communication team-working leadership
I've thoroughly enjoyed the programme as it been a great chance to apply what I learnt at university to work.
it is very well structured although it does come down to how well the university/company you are with manages the programme.
Received benefits such as RICS online academy, however I have had to take the initiative a quite a few times to manage my progression.
As a part-time student there is always a disconnect, however the university needs to push more communication onto the part time students that shows the support they offer regarding the programme.
Apply what you learn at university to work and therefore can learn quicker.
None that I am aware of.
Yes

Have a clear development plan and ensure they know about that so they can best assist.
