I have developed existing skills around emotional intelligence and change management , as well as personal development planning
I do enjoy it, its difficult to balance the day job with the work expected On the negative side due to 3 changes of tutor the consistency of support has proved challenging
I find it quite difficult navigating the tasks, especially with the change of tutors
Very good, they understand and are happy to allow me time to learn
This has been difficult with large gaps in tutors being provided and inconsistency with the trainers and their direction
I've definitely used the information i've learnt to help develop others and myself with regards PDP and training needs analysis for the team
