I work with participants on universal credit and try to improve lives through employment. Working on a range of transferable skills, employment skills and self-improvement. The aim to achieve long term sustainable employment.
Yes - leadership and management skills
It is good but there is a lot of work to be completing inbetween work hours
I think half the time tasks are thrown at you with no real logical order
