I am Quality Lead for our Customer Services Team. My role is to ensure all colleagues receive weekly quality performance evaluations
I am only one month into the apprenticeship but already learning new skills - so far we've focused on the coaching principles which has given me insights into Ethics etc
Really enjoying it so far. Have a great cohort
I have given feedback that the initial workshop felt overwhelming in terms of what to do and how much work was involved. A little more "hand holding" for the first workshop would have been helpful to feel prepared. However now have a great understanding of what to expect
100% support
