  • Management of frontline housing officers who provide property services, customer service and manage a social housing profile

  • I've learned so many new coaching skills that i can use in the day to day management of staff and supporting other members across the business to develop. Specifically, how to apply coaching tools to allow others to take more ownership and explore new ways of working

  • absolutely loving the programme. Completing lots of CPD in my own time as i'm really passionate and invested in this subject

  • very well organised. Easy to follow and meet deadlines as well as access support when required with a quick turnaround on queries

  • A bit. I manage my own diary and time so i havent needed much support to be able to get work done. Employer has been willing to pay for additional resources to help me with the course.

  • Support is available as and when needed and tutors are very repsonsive

  • A great deal. I am using the skills i have learned in my day to day conversations with staff and customers
