    • Lots of new skills: time management, project management skillls and tools, problem solving, theories of leadership and people management.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I've really enjoyed learning all these new leadership skills and being able to immediately put them into practice in my team leader role which I have seen immediate improvements in.

    • Very well structured and planned. There are a lot of assignments to get through, but all are clear with the expectations.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Lots of support in terms of supporting the time I need to dedicate to the apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I found the development coach sessions really useful and put my mind at ease and give practical suggestions to get through the work

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I'm immediately seeing the improvements in my leadership capabilities and this has been reflected in my team's feedback

    • There are but I don't have time, as I have two small children

    • Yes

    • It has a very supportive culture, flexible benefits and we are doing extremely important work

    • If you are passionate and committed to the environment then NE is a great place to work.
