I was a Relationship Manager when I done the course and I've since changed to Assistant RM. My duties are supporting the RM by giving the customer an excellent service and helping the customers.
I have learnt a lot about customer service and how to do my role better
The programme was excellent. I just wish we had more chance on the job to do it.

Not enough time given to do it
The salary could be higher to reflect the fact you have completed a course.
There are opportunies but these aren't always advertised that well.
