Working with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.
I have developed a range of skills, from active listening, questioning, time management. New skills learnt in relation to undertaking coaching conversations/process.
It has been tough at times but I have truly enjoyed undertaking this course.
It is well organised but there could improvement in terms of communication.
I was encouraged to protect my time to undertake my coaching work.
Very supportive but again communication at times has been a little bit confusing.
