So far yes. Especially, time management tools are very helpful for me and my team.
I enjoy it a lot. My partner is doing Apprenticeship with another provider and they don't have coach presenting a Module with them. I think self-learn approach is old fashion and people don't learn best that way. We are not in school anymore. Our coach is encouraging us to have debates and share experiences.
To me very very organised as I know what is coming.
I see my manager every week and we shape my role towards delivery of apprenticeship requirements. I took additional role as Learning and Development lead and this helps with it.
To early to say. My coach [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been very helpful so far.
My performance is definitely better since I started my apprenticeship as I am able to implement new tool and techniques with my company and my staff
Yes. I work in environment setting, so we go out alot
Yes
It is very flexible place to work. Culture is very inclusive and staff are very friendly. I have been working here for 11 months and it doesn't feel like I would like to move anywhere.
Any Civil Service jobs require STAR system competencies. You should work on that. Otherwise, you won't pass application form part.
