I was on a Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management. I had 6 varied placements across Change and supported many projects to deliver.
Yes - I learnt many skills regarding project management and many skills regarding bahaviours and approaches in the work place.
It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, to skip Univeristy and complete an Apprenticeship instead.
Extremely. There are fantastic rewards packages and brilliant scope for career development.
Very structured - the whole 2 years was mapped out with conferences at milestone points to cement learning so far.
