  • I was on a Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management. I had 6 varied placements across Change and supported many projects to deliver.

  • Yes - I learnt many skills regarding project management and many skills regarding bahaviours and approaches in the work place.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, to skip Univeristy and complete an Apprenticeship instead.

  • Extremely. There are fantastic rewards packages and brilliant scope for career development.

  • Very structured - the whole 2 years was mapped out with conferences at milestone points to cement learning so far.

  • Alot - They were always there to provide support where required.

  • Just be yourself - all the colleagues are very down to earth. If you want to get on in a professional environment, make that clear in your app.
