Aligned to 4 markets where i ensure ancillaries and samples are provided against the submission timeliens. I am aligned to Belgium suppliers where i process specific ancillaries and provide to the market to support with obtaining the license of a product. I lead and co-lead projects to a successful completion.
I have developed a lot of new skills, mostly project management based along side my degree like, methodologies, contracts and procurement etc. i have also developed my existing skills like communication, presenting etc.
My programme is very structured and that is what i like most, i am massively supported by my university as well as my work place.
Very well organised, i have a lecture every Friday from 9-4:30 where we have a taught lesson relating to one of our modules. Every 6th and 8th week we have an assignment to hand in.
A lot of support, i have regular 1:1 meetings with my manager and also TPR meetings with my manager and university coach who suggests areas we need to work on together to fill in any gaps.
My training provider teach on a friday during lectures and are available for me to ask questions via email outside of these hours
my qualification has taught me every area of project management that can not always be covered within my team, ie contracts and procurement is not something that comes up very often in my team, however due my qualification i am much more confident in this area.
