I look after the shop and staff at a plumbers merchant
Loads of new skills learned, risk assesment, dealing with customers and staff, day to day running and loads more.
It was quite fractured because of the pandemic but overall it was great.
It was really good before the pandemic and quite good afterwards.
They were very supportive giving me time and space to do what was needed.

It has given me more ideas and lessons that I use day to day when dealing with customers and staff.
We go out a couple of times a year and we have lunches.
