Oversee the picking of customer delivery's, sort out any issues, make sure supplier delivery's are checked off and booked in correctly and maintain the yard and warehouse. I also support the tills, put stock out and help customers
With me already been an experienced member of the team, I have developed my managerial behaviours rather than skills, becoming more assertive and confident in my role.
I am currently taking part in a leadership trial through my company before they role it out to the whole estate.
