The programme has been valuable to developing my skills, knowledge and expertise.
Well organised with a mixture of online workshops, one to one sessions with tutors and practice sessions (e.g. peer to peer observations) and lone studying.
Support is given with allocating coachees.
The tutors are particularly helpful, particularly for one to one sessions.
